QualTech NP’s dedication process includes a detailed Dedication Procedure, which contains the following:

• Technical evaluation
• Definition of critical characteristics for acceptance (based on safety function)
• Acceptance criteria
• Acceptance test procedures and data sheets

When the required testing is finished, the following documentation will be provided:

• Final Report
• Certificate of Compliance or Certificate of Conformance

Replacement parts are designed, built, inspected, tested, and certified to match the form, fit, and function of the original item.
