Hammel Dahl 1" Inlet & Outlet SCRAM Valve Packing

Problem

Typically OEM provided material is expensive and at times difficult to obtain quickly.

Solution

Via Reverse Engineering the material was identified. AP Style 240 Chevron Teflon packing for the 1” ITT Hammel Dahl. Testing was conducted at our facility in Freeport, PA. Our testing consisted of maintaining a constant pressure of 1750 PSI Nitrogen at 150°F for three weeks. AP Services experienced NO observable leakage throughout the entire process. Test results are available.
