Problem

Purpose of skirt is to contain the slurry water prior to it running down the vacuum conveyer belt. The current material used (Neoprene) was tearing within 24 hours of installation at the bulge points.

Solution

The material was upgraded to a cloth inserted Neoprene material and redesigned the mounting points to have better support. A softer durometer material was also utilized which dealt with the folding better.
