Curtiss-Wright’s SealPRO™ is a web-based, valve-packing database and fluid leak management program that is able to design and manage configurations, track leaks and valve repair, and uses a system of FUTURE, INSTALLED, and HISTORY statuses to accurately maintain a standard revision process flow. SealPRO™ incorporates leak identification, tracking and trending, packing/gasket/pressure seal/expansion joint/mechanical seal design, bill of material parts selection, and configuration management for any type of plant equipment. It can be hosted or within a company’s intranet and integrated to work management and corrective action programs.

SealPRO™ is linked to AP Services catalog, RAPID’s virtual inventory database, and case history/OE databases so users can quickly locate parts and search for like applications. SealPRO™ is also linked to other sites data so the user can search for like Make/Model/Size equipment and applications to make better choices for sealing products. This provides the user hundreds of thousands of records at their fingertips.
